Please send the full property address, number of bedrooms and the service or combination of services you need. Mention any deadline, access restrictions or unusual features so Adrian can confirm the right quote.
Larger properties and additional travel
EPCs for properties with more than four bedrooms are charged at £10 per additional bedroom above the four-bedroom fee. Floor plans for properties larger than seven bedrooms are quoted individually. Visits outside the usual coverage area may have an additional travel charge.
Inventory pricing
Inventory work is quoted to suit the property and the scope of the report. Tell Adrian the bedroom count, furnishing level and proposed tenancy date.
